Four days of sunshine, Harry’s Cider and good food resulted in lots of happy customers who joined us at Harry’s Bar between 1st – 4th June.

A new gazebo, the trial of Harry’s fruit cider’s, our first four day event and to top it off, a Silver in The Taste and Presentation Awards made for an exhausting, yet incredibly exciting week.

An increase in people drinking cider and in particular fruit cider’s, has opened up another avenue for Harry and he felt there was no better place to trial some of his fresh fruit cider’s than at this years show. Within hours of the bar being opened and ready to serve the Ginger, Mango and Raspberry/Blackcurrant were going down very well. The Raspberry/Blackcurrant, is incredibly refreshing, slightly sweet, yet retaining the full bodied taste of dry cider which seemed to satisfy a lot of the thirsty customers tastebuds. The mango was also a hit with customers, the soft and sweet mango addition to the cider made it very easy to drink.

After four days at the show, we were delighted to be taking home a Silver Award in the Taste and Presentation category for The Original Dry Cider. With it’s slick branding and great taste we felt it was a very worthy reward, hopefully it’ll be a Gold next year though!
